Six Michelin stars: Nathan Outlaw to host series of live online masterclasses

Two-Michelin-starred chef Nathan Outlaw is teaming up with three other top UK chefs for a series of masterclasses to be streamed live online from his seafood restaurant in Rock, North Cornwall.

Being held between Monday 21 November and Monday 12 December, the three one-hour-long live broadcasts will begin tonight at 6pm with two-Michelin-starred Michael Caines.

Tom Kerridge, who has just been awarded a second Michelin star, and Paul Ainsworth, head chef at No.6 in Padstow, are the other chefs set to show off their skills to the nation alongside Outlaw.

"I'm delighted to have three of my great friends, who happen to be some of the country's leading chefs, coming to cook with me at my restaurant in Cornwall," said Outlaw. "And it's really exciting that we are able to broadcast the classes to the nation!"

Each broadcast will consist of presenter-led interviews with the chefs and guest diners, followed by a 30-minute cookery demonstration and a question and answer session with Outlaw.

"I hope that people will get involved and get cooking at home, or send us their questions, and most importantly enjoy themselves."
