Experience

To be a Development Chef we start out by looking for Chefs who have at least two AA rosette experience, preferably gained in a couple of establishments and with differing cuisines or cooking styles. We are also interested in those Chefs who have travelled the world, sampling and cooking a wide array of cuisines.

Your Development Chef job might be developing pizzas or pasta ranges, or it may be focused on a real speciality area of yours such as Indian food or craft bakery.
