There is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Bakery Specialist to join the New Product Development team. The role will require you to bring innovation and creativity. Your ideas definitely won't be half-baked, and you will have a proven ability to successfully introduce and develop new varieties of bread and dough products or to have a positive impact and revitalise the existing product portfolio.
My client is a leading international producer and manufacturer of freshly prepared foods and products and currently trades with the majority of the leading Global retailers. Their portfolio of products is continually growing and goes from strength to strength, so much so that they are considered the market leader. In particular they are a very prevalent manufacturer of a broad range of pizzas and bread items. The range is very extensive and far-reaching and covers every conceivable bread and dough recipes.
You will have a great empathy and understanding of the complete development process from concept through to product launch and the manufacturing process.
Problem solving and rising to the challenge will come as second nature to you.
As an ideal candidate you will have benefited from either being an experienced Bakery Specialist or even a Bakery Technologist having honed your skills in a similar role and environment.
