Working day of a Development Chef

A Development Chef role is varied and demanding, and is very different from a job as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in even the best kitchens.

The financial rewards for a NPD chef are significant and career opportunities can be excellent.

To be a Development Chef we start out by looking for Chefs with experience of at least two AA rosette experience, preferably gained in a couple of establishments and with differing cuisines or cooking styles. We are also interested in those Chefs who have travelled the world, sampling and cooking a wide array of cuisines.
